Description
Adam is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate Group whose practice focuses primarily on commercial leasing transactions, including drafting and negotiating retail, office and industrial leases, and ancillary documentation.
Adam represents landlords and tenants of all sizes, including REITs and Pension Funds with national property holdings, as well as retailers with locations across Canada and the world. He often partners with clients to function as an outsourced real estate legal department. Adam also has experience working with companies under bankruptcy and insolvency legislation in order to reorganize their real estate portfolios.
