Born and raised in Prince Rupert, B.C., Alan has proudly served a diverse clientele throughout British Columbia for five years.His personal injury practice focuses on providing effective, practical legal services to each client. He has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, and represented clients before the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles.As an Immigration Consultant of The Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), Alan has also successfully represented clients before administrative tribunals such as the Human Rights Tribunal and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.Earlier in his legal career, Alan gained important trial experience while at prominent criminal defence law firms in both Prince Rupert and Vancouver. He then joined a litigation law firm in the Lower Mainland, where he practiced criminal law and personal injury law. Alan is now passionately focussed on helping personal injury victims obtain fair and just results.He is fluent in Vietnamese and active in the local Vietnamese community.
