– Drafting Trust Deeds, including for family trusts, Alter Ego Trusts and Joint Spousal Trusts
– Helping clients obtain Certificates of Appointment (probate) for estates, and helping clients with post-Certificate estate administration
– Providing advice to trustees
– Working with accountants and corporate counsel to help clients with succession planning for their businesses
