Description
Amber is a law clerk in the firm’s Capital Markets Group. She has experience in all aspects of corporate and securities law, including transactional and compliance matters. Amber supports the Capital Markets Group with public and private offerings, takeovers, plans of arrangement and reorganizations. In addition, she assists with the preparation and filing of continuous disclosure documents and insider reports for the firm’s clients.

Amber is also skilled in various aspects of corporate law, including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, reorganizations, general restructuring and corporate maintenance.
