Description
André practices commercial real estate law in Ottawa. He advises and represents clients on a variety of transactions with an emphasis on leasing, acquisitions, financing, and development of real property assets.

André also applies his background in environmental science and sustainable development to advise clients on a variety of matters at the intersection of real property and environmental law, including energy and infrastructure projects, environmental assessment, brownfield redevelopment, cannabis operations, automotive dealerships and gas stations, contaminated sites, records of site condition, waste management, municipal agreements, the proposed excess soils regime, environmental due diligence, and regulatory compliance and approvals.
