Andrea Onn is a leading lawyer widely recognized for her work in commercial real estate and financial services. Active in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, Andrea advises on financings and re-financings as well as acquisitions and dispositions of all classes of real property.

A recognized expert in the project development space, Andrea frequently acts for real estate developers, national and international financial institutions, commercial real estate companies, asset managers and pension funds.

Andrea has also worked with banks and institutional lenders on numerous syndicated construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). She is very active in the multi-residential asset class, assisting large investment fund asset managers on acquisitions, and providing counsel to institutional and private lenders.
