Antoine’s practice focuses on financing and real estate matters and also includes general corporate law and buying and selling businesses. He has worked with clients on all manner of real estate development and commercial leasing projects, has represented banks, private lenders and borrowers in lending transactions and prepared various corporate and commercial agreements. Antoine attended law school at the University of Alberta and started his legal career at a leading Alberta law firm before moving to Vancouver.Antoine sits on the board of a local theatre company and in his free time enjoys running and traveling.
