He informs, advises and represents employers and employees in virtual and physical human resources matters such as privacy, BYOD, violence, harassment, discrimination, hazards, agreements, contracts and organization’s policies, ADRs (mediation, arbitration), litigation (wrongful/constructive dismissals), and conducts workplace investigations about violence, harassment, discrimination, accidents/incidents, theft and failure to comply with company policies, by-laws and collective agreements.
