Audrea is a Partner with Fragomen Worldwide.  She joined the firm in 2000 and represents multinational corporations in the aerospace, automotive, engineering, information technology and professional services industries, managing the transfer of clients’ employees and executives and supporting their global mobility programs. She has extensive experience with a wide variety of employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, immigration compliance matters, as well as with family-based permanent residence applications and applications for U.S. citizenship. Audrea’s practice also involves assisting individual entertainers, artists and athletes as well as production companies and athletic organizations in securing visas for foreign talent to perform and work in the U.S. She has worked with a wide range of talent in the music industry, including Grammy, Juno and BRIT Award winning musicians, creative producers, lighting designers, music rights advocates and others to obtain work visas and permanent residence based on their extraordinary ability. She has also worked with athletes and national athletic organizations in a variety of sports to obtain work visas, permanent residence and citizenship in the United States and Canada. Audrea was admitted to the Ontario, Canada bar in 1997 and the California State bar in 1998. She is also admitted to the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Sixth and Ninth Circuits. She regularly speaks to industry groups and legal organizations on immigration and procedure.
