Description
Helping clients develop a conprehensive estate plan with an emphasis on a multi-disciplinary approach. I also assist executors, trustees and attorneys for property and care understand their duties and responsibilities as well as advising beneficiaries of estates and trusts.

My practice also includes assisting other lawyers who do not specialize in Wills, trusts and estates so they can keep their clients happy and avoid liability.

I am the editor and main author of the Will and Probate Planning chapter in the Miller Thomson on Estate Planning loose leaf service published by Carswell. I am also the creator and main content provider for Make a Will Canada which is a website dedicated to helping clients and advisors understand the estate planning process.
