I specialize in advising and defending people who are under investigation by the police, charged with a criminal offence, or otherwise in trouble with the law. My focus is always on achieving the most positive outcomes for my clients, whether in or out of court. With more than 17 years of experience practising criminal law in BC, including as a prosecutor, I have handled a wide variety of cases – from minor property offences to the most serious crimes of violence, sexual offences and homicides. I hold two law degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School, including a Master of Laws in Criminal Law and Procedure.
