Brandon’s practice is focused on private mergers and acquisitions and general commercial matters. He also has significant experience advising public issuers on financings, compliance and governance matters, and, in conjunction with his broad commercial practice, enjoys assisting with the planning and implementation of tax efficient reorganizations of private entities. Bringing a background in math and a keen interest in market and non-market economics and behavioral finance to bear in analyzing legal and business problems provides Brandon with tools to help clients solve legal and commercial issues they may face.
