Cameron Lee received her legal training in both China and Canada and is called to the Bar in both Mainland China and British Columbia, Canada.

Ms. Lee started her legal practice immediately after she received her LLB in 1992 from Northwest Political Science & Law University, China. During her full-time practice, Cameron Lee completed her LLM, major in Intellectual Property, from Xi’an Jiao-tong University in 1999.

While residing in China, Cameron Lee practiced international corporate/commercial law for more than ten years with a specialty in intellectual property, joint ventures, and corporate law. Ms. Lee was also involved in many legal research projects and published several articles in national Chinese law journals.

Ms. Lee was called to the bar of British Columbia after she received her JD degree from the UBC Law School. She has handled cases covering every area of the law of British Columbia. Ms. Lee’s practice extends to solicitor and litigation work, including wills and estates, family agreements and litigations, and civil litigations. Ms. Lee also has successfully litigated in the Supreme Court and Provincial Court in family, criminal, human rights, administrative, insurance, and immigration matters.
