Carina’s practice focuses on assisting regulated health professionals in complaints, investigations, fitness-to-practice, registration and discipline proceedings, as well as malpractice and human rights claims. She also has experience in the areas of privacy, professional liability, employment law (wrongful dismissal)and insurance law.
Carina is an experienced advocate and appears before all levels of Court in Ontario, regulatory Colleges and Associations, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
