Carl Vondercrone practises insurance defence litigation with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents, statutory accident benefits, commercial general liability, occupier’s liability, priority and loss transfer, subrogation, and coverage issues. In addition to representing numerous Ontario insurers in court, Carl regularly appears on behalf of clients at the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), and previously the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO). Prior to his legal career, Carl earned an honours degree in business and finance. Clients appreciate his strong skills in this area and a business-oriented approach to assessing income claims.
