Description
Carli was born and raised in the Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie. She is a graduate of Acadia University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in 2008. Carli went on to article with the Government of Manitoba Department of Justice – Prosecution Service – Portage la Prairie Office and was called to the Bar in 2009. She prosecuted a variety of criminal matters in the Provincial Court of Manitoba and the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench until joining TDS as an associate in 2018.

Carli is an active member of both the Manitoba Bar Association and the Law Society of Manitoba. She is currently the Director of Membership for the Manitoba Bar Association and is a frequent CPLED (Law Society’s bar admission course) Learning Group Facilitator.
