Description
Colleen joined Beard Winter’s insurance litigation group in 2021. She maintains a diverse civil litigation practice with a specialization in handling first-party accident benefit claims, disputes between insurers, automobile tort claims and occupier’s liability claims.

Colleen completed her Juris Doctor at Western Law. While at law school, Colleen participated in numerous advocacy competitions and volunteered as a caseworker with Western Law’s Community Legal Services.

Prior to attending law school, Colleen obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Saint Mary’s University where she graduated summa cum laude.

In her spare time, Colleen enjoys running, reading, taking fitness classes and searching for the best sushi in the city.
