Dale is a seasoned legal practitioner who provides advice to local, regional, national and international clients.His practice focuses on real estate, real estate development, financing and corporate and commercial law. His broad experience includes corporate law, office-tower development, complex commercial transactions, as well as corporate and real estate financing. He has presented to Continuing Legal Education, the Canadian Tax Foundation and has been called upon as an expert witness by the B.C Supreme Court.
