Description
Danielle is a Law Clerk in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. She works on a broad range of litigation matters and has discovery, trial, and appeal experience in actions and applications.

Danielle routinely drafts legal documents, co-ordinates the discovery process, manages document intensive matters in eDiscovery software, prepares legal briefs, and corresponds with clients and third parties to keep litigation matters moving.

Danielle also has experience managing enforcement of judgment matters and is a Certified Associate in Project Management.
