David was raised in Sarnia, Ont. He received his undergraduate and his law degrees from McMaster University and the University of Windsor respectively. David was called to the Bar in 1974. Presently, he is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Waterloo Law Association, a member of the Waterloo-Wellington Estate Planning Council, a member of the international organization of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a member of the Gyro Club, and the Investment Committee of St. John’s Anglican Church.
