Deanna, who was made a partner in 2011, articled with Dutton Brock and joined the firm as an associate following her call to the Bar in 2002.

Deanna’s practice consists of representing insurers and advising risk managers in all aspects of general insurance liability, including products liability, bodily injury, professional negligence, occupier’s liability, social host liability, false arrest/false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, construction negligence, property and fire loss, entertainment law disputes, accident benefits and bad faith litigation.

She has appeared as counsel in all levels of courts in Ontario, as well as a Coroner’s Inquest. Deanna has also appeared before various tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Tribunal.
