A practicing solicitor in Alberta and BC, Dennis joined North & Company LLP’s Pincher Creek office in August 2018 following 12 years of practicing offshore law with Conyers Dill & Pearman in the Cayman Islands and Dubai. He was previously a partner with Fasken Vancouver and headed their National Forestry Practice Group. Dennis brings with him 28 years of experience in the general practice of law and will be assisting clients in Southern Alberta with their corporate and commercial matters, real estate development and conveyancing and wills, estates, trusts and succession planning.
