Description
Dina is the Managing Partner at the firm and has 17 years of civil litigation experience. She draws on her management experience coupled with her practice background to provide timely and practical legal solutions to the firm’s clients in a variety of sectors. Her years of litigation allow her to help the firm’s clients identify and manage risk, resolve disputes, and be strategically positioned to initiate and respond to legal proceedings, when necessary.

She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal as well as before various tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. She has also successfully resolved disputes by participating in numerous mediations with her clients which has provided her with the hands-on experience needed to offer mediation services in the areas of, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage and disability claims.

Dina is also responsible for the management of the firm, lending her experience and expertise to special projects, including innovation and process improvement, optimization of technology to improve both the quality and timeliness of the firm’s services, associate development and marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth. She also serves as the firm’s Articling Principal and is the Chair of the firm’s Student Committee.

Dina has been a sessional instructor at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law since 2008, teaching in the areas of Sales Law, Contract Law, Access to Justice and Insurance Law.
