Broad litigation practice, having represented clients in matters before the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia, the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, the Nova Scotia Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, the New Brunswick Court of Queen’s Bench, the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Tax Court of Canada. Practice includes commercial and business litigation, construction disputes and insurance advice. Has also acted as both a Municipal and Crown prosecutor and has an active practice in municipal law.
