Ted’s practice is almost exclusively insurance defence litigation. His practice includes claims involving personal injury, property loss, general liability, professional malpractice and insurance coverage disputes. Ted appears before all courts in Ontario, including both jury and non-jury trials, and has appeared at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario on statutory accident benefits issues.
