Emily Pace is the Director, Business Development in the Toronto office. She supports senior management in carrying out business development initiatives. Emily is responsible for preparing client pitches, proposals, presentations, RFP responses, mandate pricing, and legal directory submissions.

Background
Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott, Emily was an associate at a boutique labour and employment firm in Toronto. She also articled and worked as an associate in the Labour and Employment Group at a full-service firm in west Toronto. As a student, Emily completed exchange semesters at both the University of Melbourne in Australia and the University of Nottingham in England.
