Called to the Bar of Ontario in 1983.
Practices commercial litigation with emphasis on the areas of business disputes, creditors’ and debtors’ rights and remedies, and mortgage enforcement.
Practices employment law including preparing employment documentation and HR policies, advising on disciplinary issues and terminations, enforcing confidentiality/non-disclosure/non-competition/non-solicitation obligations, and acting on wrongful dismissal actions and human rights applications.
Appears as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Court of Appeal of Ontario.
Member of Law Society of Upper Canada, Toronto Lawyers Association, Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society.
