Fern Silverman is focused on personal injury and she is dedicated to providing assertive legal services to her clients who have suffered serious personal injuries to help ensure the best possible outcome for them. Fern has almost 25 years of experience combined with an excellent track record of successfully handling motor vehicle accident claims – both tort and first party, occupier’s liability, slip & fall incidents, sexual assault cases, disability claims and medical malpractice suits. She has achieved some of the highest awards in motor vehicle cases in Ontario for her clients. Her areas of expertise include traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, disability claims, and insurance law.

Where appropriate, Fern employs alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration for the benefit of her clients toward the most cost effective, successful resolution possible.
