Description
Giacomo practices in a broad range of areas in civil litigation, including complex commercial disputes and class actions with a particular focus on consumer protection. He also advises cooperatives and non-profit organizations on their internal management and represents them before the courts.

Giacomo also represented clients in shareholder disputes, construction litigation, insurance claims, defamation proceedings and injunctions, and argued before the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec and several administrative tribunals.

Giacomo practices in French and English. He is also fluent in Italian.
