Description
Giovanna is a management-side labour and employment lawyer with Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP. She advises and acts for employers in all areas of workplace law.
Giovanna received her law degree in 2014 from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. While at Queen’s, she served as research assistant for the Centre for Law in the Contemporary Workplace, and as Senior Student Editor for the Canadian Labour & Employment Law Journal. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Giovanna worked in the non-profit and research sectors in British Columbia, and received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in molecular biology and biochemistry from Simon Fraser University.
Giovanna is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.
