Profile
Jim Blake has extensive experience in securities, finance, mining and natural resources, and other various areas of commercial and corporate matters. The principal focus of his practice is securities and corporate finance in the context of resource exploration and development, mining law, and corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Jim has also assisted new start-up companies with the “going public” process. Jim is currently an Executive Member of the Business Law Section, the Natural Resources & Energy Section and the Aboriginal Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
