ashim’s practice focuses on advising technology clients with respect to contract review, drafting and negotiation, intellectual property protection, licensing and commercialization, outsourcing, e-commerce, privacy, security, CASL, cloud, mobile, and legal considerations for start-ups and emerging technologies, including blockchain and smart contracts. Hashim also has experience in the prosecution, management, and enforcement of trade-marks. He advises clients on a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, fashion and design, and media, sports and entertainment.
