Igor Ellyn is a Chartered Arbitrator, Mediator and Legal Counsel, whose practiced is focused on complex commercial disputes, including shareholder and corporate matters, commercial leasing, manufacturing and distribution cases. He is a past president of OBA and immediate Past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Toronto Chapter. He is the author of Litigating and Arbitrating Business Disputes; Enforcement of Money Judgments in Canada; and Liabilities of Corporate Directors in Canada. He also acts as an expert witness on Canadian corporate and arbitration law and practice in Canada and globally.
