Irwin D. Ozier is known by his peers as a tenacious and proficient litigator and he is greatly experienced in the resolution of cases. His practice is focused primarily on construction, commercial leasing and general commercial litigation. His practice also involves employment, insolvency, leasing law and debt enforcement.

Irwin is an expert problem solver, and is known for his practical approach to complicated legal matters. If a case cannot be settled through negotiation, Irwin has great experience and ability to take a case to trial.

He has broad trial and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice. He has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada and has appeared before various administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Commission.

Irwin has been a partner at GSNH for over 25 years and was one of the managing partners of the firm. For over 10 years Irwin has lectured on commercial leasing matters and construction law to industry experts.
