Since 2008, Jacqueline has represented clients in both the Provincial and SupremeCourts of British Columbia, litigating and negotiating successful outcomes forbusinesses and individuals across a range of practice areas. Recently, she hadsuccessful cases cited in “Canadian Divorce Law and Practice, 2nd Edition” and in“Child Support Guidelines Law and Practice, 2nd edition”.As a family law lawyer Jacqueline represents clients in divorce proceedings,disputes over child and spousal support, property division, and parenting time.She also negotiates separation agreements for clients who do not wish to go tocourt. Throughout, Jacqueline offers compassionate, yet tenaciousrepresentation, fighting for her clients’ best interests and the best interestsof their children, while providing calm support and reasoned advice.As an Estate litigator, she has represented clients when Wills are beingcontested, made successful Committee (Adult Guardianship) applications, andhelped elderly parents recover money or property they transferred to adultchildren for estate planning purposes, but which the children claim was givenas a gift.
