Jason is a patent and drug regulatory litigation lawyer in Toronto. Jason co-founded Markwell LLP in February 2023 after practising law for more than two decades in leading Canadian and international firms.
Jason has appeared as counsel in precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board.
