Jason is a trained and practicing securities, corporate, and VC/PE lawyer. He focuses his practise on representing local and international businesses and entrepreneurs in emerging industries with a specific focus on fintech, blockchain, cannabis, and early stage technology – assisting these companies access the capital markets in various jurisdictions around the world.

Jason has experience with both large international and boutique firms in the UK, US, Malta, Spain, and Canada. He has been involved in various M&A transactions, and has helped raise capital in both the private and public markets.
