Senior business lawyer with particular expertise in contracts, transactions, and project development
and construction. At Bernard LLP, Jason advises on business law matters arising for maritime clients and in the marine context, as well as more broadly on the development, engineering, procurement, and construction of infrastructure and other projects. Prior to joining Bernard LLP, Jason was an in-house lawyer for more than a decade, first with the Vancouver International Airport Authority, then SNC-Lavalin, and most recently Pacific NorthWest LNG. Jason began his legal career as an articling student and associate in the Vancouver office of a national Canadian firm, specializing in corporate-commercial law and real estate developments.
