Description
Jenaya is a law clerk in the firm’s Financial Services Group, specializing in financial services and restructuring and insolvency. She has substantial experience in matters relating to the Personal Property Security Act and assists with corporate and commercial lending transactions, including asset-based, syndicated, secured and mezzanine lending and subordinated debt.

Jenaya arranges various lien and due diligence searches and filings across Canada, including those related to the Uniform Commercial Code. She drafts and prepares loan and security reviews, search summaries and transaction documentation. Jenaya also assists in making sure that closings are completed seamlessly and on time by preparing necessary closing materials, managing closing logistics and organizing record books.
