John has a general practice with an emphasis on litigation. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of the Prince Edward Island courts and administrative tribunals. John’s litigation experience includes criminal prosecution, personal injury, insurance defence work, commercial litigation and estate litigation. John also has an active real estate practice and assists clients with estate planning and estate services

John is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, the Canadian Bar Association and is past President of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Summerside, an Elder of the United Church of Canada and a Director of the Stars for Life Autism Foundation.
