Description
Jonathan carries on a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on contracts, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, compliance, corporate governance, securities and commercial and residential real estate (including purchases, sales and leases). While he has worked on complex and high value ($1 Billion plus) international transactions, he also appreciates the importance of small-scale transactions.
His previous experience working for two large international law firms and a large international engineering company, as well as his current and past business experience in managing and operating a family business, has afforded Jonathan with strong legal technical skills and a keen practical business perspective which he utilizes in his work. He enjoys problem solving and, where practical and efficient, likes to implement creative solutions. Being born and raised on his family ranch in central British Columbia, has instilled in him a strong work ethic and a passion for the great outdoors.
