Description
Joseph Blinick has a general litigation practice focused on corporate commercial disputes, securities litigation, class actions as well as bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He has motion (including injunction), application, trial and appeal experience before all levels of Court in Ontario, the Supreme Court of British Columbia and a number of other Courts, administrative and regulatory boards, and tribunals.

Joseph is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He is a member of the Toronto Lawyers’ Association, the Advocates’ Society as well as the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations. He is also a registered notary public.

Joseph was recently recognized in the inaugural edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in corporate and commercial litigation.
