Kaliopi maintains a broad banking and financial services practice.
Kaliopi provides counsel across a broad spectrum of financial matters, advising on restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, and recovery efforts for creditors, court-appointed trustees, and other stakeholders. She works with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients on financial arrangements, including secured and unsecured deals, asset-based financing, and international operations.
Kaliopi joined BLG as an associate after completing her first and second-year summers and articling term with the firm.
