Ken’s specialties are in the areas of personal injury, property/casualty, disability, life and general liability insurance. The major portion of his practice involves alternative dispute resolution. He is a certified mediator. He is one of the most well recognized and sought after mediators in the Province of Ontario with respect to personal injury and insurance claims. He is regularly retained to argue disputes as between insurers. A large portion of his practice involves Arbitrations of loss transfer and priority disputes. Ken has appeared on behalf of clients at all levels of Court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has appeared before various administrative tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocate’s Society. He is a former director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Subsection of the Ontario Bar Association.
