Kevin Emamian is an associate in our Real Property & Planning Group in Toronto. His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real property transactions including the acquisition and disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate.

Kevin has advised on a number of domestic and cross-border transactions, and regularly assists multinational companies with their real estate needs. He is fluent in French and has experience representing European clients investing in Canada.

Prior to his career in law, Kevin worked at a Fortune 50 corporation and gained real estate industry experience at a leading real estate brokerage. Drawing on his business experience, he takes a practical approach to helping clients with their legal and business needs.

Kevin obtained his iBBA from the Schulich School of Business in 2012. He received his JD and his LLL from the University of Ottawa in 2015, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016. He holds a certificate in French and European Union Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in Paris.
