Khrystina has developed a broad litigation practice with a focus on on complex commercial disputes, employment litigation, securities litigation, regulatory proceedings, defamation, and professional liability matters. She is a confident litigator who has successfully argued a number of ground-breaking cases and is known for her strong advocacy skills. Khrystina has appeared before administrative tribunals, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (civil and commercial list), the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has also represented clients in private mediations and commercial arbitrations.
