Description
Kim is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Group. She assists with the acquisition, development, sale and financing of all types of commercial properties. Kim has a broad range of experience, including reviewing and revising agreements, drafting closing and land development documents, and preparing any relevant electronic title registrations. She is also responsible for reviewing title and conducting relevant off-title inquiries, reporting, and assisting with general commercial real estate transactions.
