Description
Lisa Cooper is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Group. She has more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, including condominium and subdivision development. Lisa is responsible for condominium deposit administration for large condominium projects, including reporting to Tarion and various deposit sureties, preparing and registering all security documentation required by deposit sureties, and assisting with closings. She also has experience registering title documents and preparing opinions and reports.
