Description
Lisa Talbot is a partner with Torys LLP where she heads the firm’s employment litigation practice. Lisa’s practice focuses on employment class actions defence, employment litigation and advisory work, executive departures and workplace investigations. Lisa is defence counsel in a number of overtime and employment status class actions, including for Uber, Canadian Hockey League, Deloitte, Canada Cartage and Livingston International. Lisa regularly teaches and lectures on issues relating to employment law, class actions, sexual harassment, workplace investigations and advocacy. Lisa is a member of the OBA Class Action Executive and the OBA Labour and Employment Executive.
