She assists business owners with sales and acquisitions by way of asset or share transactions, corporate reorganizations, partnerships, joint ventures, corporate governance and other corporate and commercial matters. She also provides general corporate advice to societies and not-for-profit corporations and has experience in dealing with registered charity status applications.In her spare time, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and fitness training.
